Gene, an update -

Got the new part as advertised, great shipping time. We got the old part out (see notes below) and then got the new part in - and it was been working ever since! Just wanted to say thank you again for your help and for helping us get to the bottom of the problem and repair it. Really great work!

One note on the install: the instructions that came with the part were, well, not very helpful. The photos were not very clear and the wording was difficult to follow. As a result, the installation was really just a process of undoing screws and moving pieces around until we got everything loose. The one screw that had me frustrated was the one which holds the water filter housing (not sure that's the exact name but that is what it looks like). That screw was not visible until the plastic cover over the water lines was removed. I would encourage anyone to be sure to take their time and not get frustrated, but a little note about that last "hidden" screw would have been awesome! :)

And to be clear: this is not a complaint, just an observation. We are happy for sure and I have/will recommend this to my friends! Have a great day and thanks again!!
