I JUST GOT THIS PART. THE INSTRUCTIONS SAY TO INSTALL WHITE JUMPER WIRE IN #1 TERMINAL ON RELAY(UPPER LEFT ON RELAY). #1 ON RELAY DOESN'T HAVE COPPER TERMINAL PROTRUDING OUT TO ATTACH WHITE WIRE. ACCORDING TO THE WIRING ON THE OLD PART IT LOOKS LIKE IT SHOULD GO ON TERMINAL #2(LOWER LEFT ON RELAY). COULD THE INSTRUCTIONS BE WRONG?

If you can post a pictures of the old and the new parts and the installation instructions as well - it might help better. So far I do not see any difference.

i already installed the parts. i put the white jumper wire on the left lower terminal of the relay, which was the most logical place for it to go. the picture on the instructions isn't that clear but it seems to correspond. the only real problem is the instructions say its marked #1 when it actually is marked#2. at any rate...after 2 days everything is working perfect so i guess i got lucky. thanks for your help. dj

I'm glad you were able to fix it.
