How do I get to the on/off switch? must I take the whole door off? Or just the top 4 screws?

Hi.

You should be able to get to the switch by taking off the top only, but reinstalling it may be hard without taking the front panel off.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and 01-Fascia Panel parts for Bosch SHU9952 UC/12 (FD 8105 -) - AppliancePartsPros.com

Simon.
