washer fill light comes on but no water ....checked voltage to solenoid valves found 0 volts...lid switch light comes on....washer inoperable ....

Hi.

First check the water level switch. The contacts 1 - 3 should be open(no continuity) Part number: W10268911
Part number: W10268911


If it's closed - clear the air hose (blow in to it) and if that doesn't help - replace the switch.

Check all the connections to the control board.
On the side of the washer cabinet find the manual and perform the test.
Possible the main board should be replaced, but don't just replace it run the test first.
