Dishwasher worked great for a few months (brand new) then someone fell on the door while it was open and now it will not close. I am guessing the hinges are bent/sprung. The outside of the door seems ok, the inside panel may have slight bend where hinges go into door - looks minor; but the hinges must be bent or pulled out where they go into frame/body.

Any recommendations on how to proceed or what i need? Manual/pics are helpful too.

This seems like a common issue, so anyone that has fixed this, advice is welcome.

I took things apart - most of the way and the inside door is bolted to hinges and outside door panel - it is the inside door that is bent... hinges are really heavy and seem fine.

What i need now is some advice on how to disconnect the wires from the soap door/rinse add cup. Other wire plugs come out easy.

Anyone with directions on how to replace interior door panel?
