Our dryer is taking 1-2 cycles to dry the load. A dryer technician came out and said the thermostat was bad and the bearings in the motor were making noise. Thus it would not be worth paying him to fix since the motor is short lived.
So I thought, I could try replacing the thermostat myself. Any ideas or tricks in replacing the thermostat?

thanks in advance
Good Luck!
