The fridge works as expected. The freezer works fine and the fridge cools just right.

The problem is that when the motor starts, at least thats what I think is the component that starts, the fridge begins to make a loud noise. As if the motor is working execessively.

Other than that I see no issues.

Do you know which part needs to be replaced?

Without being there, I cannot say what is starting to go.
Remove the rear cover and see if it is the compressor itself or the compressor's fan that is making the noise.
