My son broke a glass in the dishwasher and it shattered into many little pieces. We vaccumed out all the glass we could see but now the dishwasher will not drain completely and there is standing water in the bottom. My husband checked the hoses and the disposal to make sure there was no obstruction but still it will not drain completely. Any ideas what could be wrong? Thanks for your help!

Then, machine worked fine?
Now, machine has problem after broken glass found in tub.
Sounds like glass got into the space where the valve is supposed to open to dump the tub contents. Try adding the part number of appliance to your post. Nothing comes up under Quiet Partner II. This will help to see if the pump reverses direction to pump out the contents or if a valve opens creating a short cut in the normal flow path.
