I bought this washer used. After I bought it, the belt around the water pump pulley got stuck and burned itself up. I replaced the belt (1/4" smaller in length than OEM). While I was doing this I knocked the hose that allows the washer to sense the water level off and it leaked all over the place, I know that some of the electrical got wet (including the motor). The washer has 2 spin speeds. Normal/Slow and Normal/Fast... I can not use the Normal/Fast as it tries to burn the belt again. But during the Normal/Slow spin I hear a repeated clicking in sync with the spring popping in and out on the tension pulley for the belt that wraps around the water pump (I'm assuming it's the drive belt also?). After 10 seconds or so the motor shuts off and I can smell a very slight electrical burning smell. I'm assuming this is a thermal overlaod? It does move water... If any of the experience users could please listen to the operation in this youtube video, it would be much appreciated... 1127121418 - YouTube Thanks, Jim.
