It appears that the drain pump on my dishwasher is running constantly and will not shut off. Therefore, there is not enough water staying in the washer to wash the dishes. If I unplug the pump and manually fill the washer, then all appears to operate normally - UNTIL the cycle is finished and needs to drain - lol

What do I need to fix or replace?

Have you tried removing power from the unit to see if the control board will reset?

If yes then odds are that the control board (item 3 in Control Panel Parts section) is toast.
