When we use the front filtered water dispenser, it continues to drip out water continously. It started a few months ago, and has gotten worse. When it first started, if we caught it dripping, we could quickly push and release the water dispenser lever (where you put your cup) 2-3 times and it would stop. That sometimes works now, but most of the time it doesn't. We currently have towels in the tray to abosrb all the water. Any ideas what could cause this and how to resolve the problem?
I had posted this before and somenoe replied saying to replace the water valve. If this is indeed the likely fix, can someone post a link to the part I need to purchase and some instructions? Thanks!

I had a friend replace this part and it didn't solve the problem. It may have slowed the dripping down a bit, but I'm not even really sure of that. It still leaks and overflows the small reservoir and eventually starts spilling over the front and onto the floor. So the ultimate problem still exists. Any other ideas what might cause the problem?

Disconnect the water line for the dispenser from the water valve and press the dispenser lever and see if water continues to drip from the valve.
