The temperature in both the fridge and freezer was running very high. I found that the condenser fan wasn't running, and was able to stabilize the temps by running a small fan behind the fridge. I bought and installed an new fan motor, but it's still not running.
I checked the incoming voltage to the motor and have 12 volts DC from each of the 2 red leads to the white lead, which hopefully means the PC board is OK.
Any advice or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I got advised to change the main board also, as when the fan motor goes, it apparently takes out the board with it. Sure enough, a new board AND fan motor were needed to fix the problem.
I would think there should be an easy way (fuse?) to prevent a component from taking out the main board so easily.
