Hello,
My dryer will not start. We turn the timer and you can hear it running and push the start button and the dryer buzzes but will not turn on. What could be the cause of this issue?
Model: AL84200
Serial Number: ME3402879
Type: 122-00

Hi.

Looks like you are in Canada. Unfortunately I can't do any research because of absence of the info.
If this is an electric dryer you should check if the thermal fuse is open.
Also check the door switch.
