While away a power failure occurred. Pressed the reset only to have the pump go on and stay on. Have a C4 code and pump on when door is closed. No water is in the tub. I also cut the circuit breaker on and off but this had no effect.

C4 Error: the machine thinks there is too much water in it. The flood switch is probably stuck closed. Make sure nothing is caught under the float assembly. It's the micro switch attached to the bottom of the float assembly. Turn the power off and check it for continuity.
