Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/18/2010(UTC) Posts: 49		Rattling Noise coming from compressor but seems to be working.Thought it might be start relay,replaced that and no help.Did start by on ,off every 10 seconds but now it just rattles now.Is this sign of bad compressor?Very hot motor after 10 minutes.

If this is possible, it can be left that way. If not, only alternative is compressor replacement. The compressor rattle usually will not suffer any damage from this.
