I have a Whirlpool DU850-SWP-Q3 that does not drain. I think I have pinned down the cause, the impeller will not spin. It is super stuck. I can only manage to make it spin about 1/2 inch. I found that the rear seal does not allow it to spin. I found that there is a hard white plastic ring that looks like is a bearing but... they dont make them from plastic do they? Does it simply have to be greased?

Update- I took apart the impeller housing and unmounted the motor and found that the motor spins STRONG; I can't even hold it or stop it with my hand. It is definitely the rear seal that has a super tight grip on the shaft, not letting it spin but..... how can this be fixed?
