The baking element will not go off on my oven. I have turned the breaker on and off several times. I replaced the heat sensor and have just replaced the clock/control panel. The bottom element still stays on. I have already spent 260, wish I had replaced the oven but too late now. I am a novice at this, need some simple help please.

Hi.
Please post the correct model number of the oven.
Simon.

Thank you for taking an interest.
Sorry, I missed a number, the owners manual says 45581 45589, but the stove says 911455881c.
Since posting, I took the bottom element out and put it back in, hoping that might change something, but it still stays on. The entire element is red hot.
