So the washer was making a humming noise. I opened the front panel, then I encouraged the motor by pulling on the belt (a little dangerous I know) but it will start right up and run till it turns off then when it try's to start again the same humming noise. It has a brand new motor and a brand new start capacitor. I also have taken both belts off to see if it would start without a load, it still would not start on its own. I'm stumped any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time in advance.
