Right front burner will not heat and the element on indicator light stays on all the time. Checked the element itself and it tests good. I'm thinking either the element switch or the thermal switch or both. Not sure how to check these two parts out. Can anyone help?

Hi.
Unplug the range. Get access to the burner switch from the back. Locate contacts H1 and H2 at the switch, turn the switch on, restore the power and using the multimeter check for 240VAC between those contacts. If there is proper voltage - replace the element, if no voltage - replace the switch. For small burner switch p/n WB23M24. for the large one - WB23M23.
Simon.
