My GE refrigerator forms ice & frost in the Freezer compartment. Cleaned dust from coils, fan, and other accessible areas. I also turned off the refrigerator for 4 hours to let the frost in the freezer melt. Then turned it back on and set the controls to mid range. After one day, the same problem occurred, frost in the freezer and bottle of water does not actually freeze. Refrigerator section seems to be fine, air coming from the top vents seems to be cold, but the frost still forms. Any ideas?

Hi.

What is the complete model number?
Where in the freezer the frost is?

Simon.
