The washer tub is off center and seems to lean to the right. During the spin cycle it obviously goes extremely off balance. The bottom springs were looked at and they appear fine and all feet are level.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I would replace the springs. It is very difficult to judge their condition by looking at them, and it is an inexpensive repair and will rule them out as a problem. Also look at the pads which may be causing the list to the right.

Here is a site with good info on your suspension.
