Well i found the problem, If i flip the breaker the dryer will work on its first cycle. Than nothing. Flip the breaker again and same thing. Do i have a bad breaker or not enough power getting to the dryer?

Hi.
Does the motor runs when the dryer is not heating? What is the voltage at the outlet?

Hi.
To check the voltage in the outlet insert the voltmeter's probes into the outlet.

Hi.
Unplug the dryer. Open the control panel and install jumper between BK-R on the timer. Turn the power on.Run the dryer. Check if that makes any difference.
Next thing plug the dryer into another outlet and run it.
Post the results.
Simon.
