need help with supco pro41 push on. There are 2 male prongs marked "L" what to they mean and 2 other prongs marked "cap" with a single metal sleeve around both of them. Then i have a white wire and a red wire coming off the fridge where do those go? how can i jump the condenser to test it as well?

You will need an ohmeter to wire this up. Be informed this device has poor thermal and overload protection. I have seen these devices burn out a compressor! Be informed, this device may burn out the compressor if the compressor is not the "standard" compressor start winding pin configuration on the bottom, left.
A very good start device is available WR09X10106, but you need to test the compressor first to verify compatability.
