I have been trying to diagnose a dead microwave, no lights/response from control panel/keypad, electricity is detectable at the filter circuit board and the thermostats and they test closed. If there was once a circuit diagram inside the unit it is no longer there so I am shooting blind. At this point I am assuming that the smart board is non-functional.
Thanks for your advice Larry

There is 121+v at both sides of the fuse and also at both sides of the cavity thermostat #27, both #115 thermostat's (M.G.T. and bottom) ohm'd as closed and the #110 thermostat (hood) ohm'd open as it should be. The door interlock switches are functioning correctly as is the monitor. The display is still dead so does this make the smart board the likely suspect?

Hi Larry, Unplug the CN3 connector from the control board and check for 120 VAC between the Black & the Yellow wires at this plug. If the reading is correct, replace the smart board. If the reading is incorrect, then you did something wrong in the previous tests. - The smart board Part number: WB27X10894
