I have a " freezer on the bottom " with one big door refrigerator on the top. It's 4 yrs old and has been leaking water from the bottom underneath. It has an ice maker but its not hooked up. The line for the ice maker isn't hooked up either. It doesn't leak all the time maybe 1-3 times a day. Any suggestions? Thanks.

You probably have a blocked drain line. To access it, you'll need to remove the freezer section back wall. It's located directly below the evaporator. Unplug the machine and use a hair dryer to defrost it then run very hot water through it to clean it out.
