I will pick up my new oven today. 27" but have to lower the cabinet 4 inches--pain but doable. Maybe you will need to go this route too. Whirlpool works and we got the best price at Sear--but no convection oven that would $200 more.

I took the old oven out of the wall (remove door first); it was surprisingly light weight, then. I shut power off at breaker panel for the oven, disconnected the old oven wires, and slid the unit out. Job was cumbersome, but easy, with, a friend lifting too. And yes, there are two long bolts (2" beyond the back of the oven) on the lower left and right that hold the inside oven to the frame. Stupid design, but oven made it 40 yrs. Good luck! New oven is in! Wooohoo!
