On my Panasonic microwave oven, after owning it more than 10 years, the paint under the rotating plate flaked off when cleaning. From looking at the following photos, is there any health concerns about using this microwave oven or no?

It should be OK.

I would scrape/sand off any loose paint where the tray rollers ride.
