I have an older Maytag LP dryer (LDG7500AAW) that starts up alright but the flame goes out and the dryer keeps running without heat. I replaced the igniter last year. If I restart it the flame stays lit for a while, goes off and on, then stays off while the dryer keeps tumbling.

Look to see if the ignitor comes on and fades away with no flame after it runs a bit, if that's the case then I believe you'll find the below parts will resolve your problem.
