I just bought a new Kenmore double wall oven. The light that displays the time (and other functions) on the control panel is way too bright (hurts my eyes). Is there a way to adjust the intensity of the light or maybe replace the bulb with another that is not as bright? If replacing the bulb - can I do it myself?

I do not think it is somehow adjustable.

Thanks for checking out my problem - I'm thinking maybe a cling-type decorative decal that I can move when I want to use the control.

Yes, it might be a good solution.
