OK, I know a few things but not enough about dishwashers so I would appreciate any help. My dishwasher, will start, fill the tub,(the float and switch both work) and then sit there for 5 minutes or so. I took the connector off the circulation motor and got around 10 volts and then when I heard the click that it was done filling it dropped to 6. Then stayed there and never moved, then after the 5 minutes the drain motor kicked in and drained it. (drain motor get 120volts and works fine when called upon). It will repeat this sequence. Is the control panel not sending the voltage to the agitator? Or does it have something to do with the water temp?

You were right, it was the control board, but I didn't have to replace it,yet...
Took the panel off, removed the connections, they were a little oxidized, reattched the connections and put it all back together.
Started the cycle hooked up the meter and suddenly, there was a click and the meter read 120 volts!! Plugged in the lead and bam-o, dishwasher works!! Bad connection, at least now I know what or where! Thanks!!!!
