Both spray arms appear to be not getting water. Both have been checked and there is no obstruction. Water comes in and fills to just above the heating element. Water will pump out completely at the end of the cycle, leaving soap still in the dispenser. Suggestions?

Hi.

Does the motor run during the wash cycle?
If it does check the pump filter inside the housing #6 on diagram #3. Clean it real well or replace it.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for Maytag MDB6000AWA DISHWASHER- UNDERCOUNTER | AppliancePartsPros.com

Post the results.

Simon.
