Hi I am trying to help a friend to fix this electric GLASS top stove, hoping I can avoid calling SEARS to repair it, so please anyone can give me advice will be appreciated ,the Whirlpool glass top electric stove is in great condition, except the bottom left heating element which is the largest of the 4 is not heating up for any reason, can anyone give me any advice to fix this problem,I try google it one simular question was posted at another site mention the ( Infinite Control Switch ) need to be replace, but I want to be sure, is there anyway I can test it or I got the wrong answer,please help!

In order to provide the most accurate advise I need the complete model number of the range.

You can find it on the oven door frame or on the frame behind the bottom drawer.
