The refrigerator does not cycle off. It either stays on all the way or off when you set the control knob to "0".
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Does the food in your refrige completely freeze over ? If not, then "it" is cycling off at some point .. there are multiple motors / fans etc ... something is usually running at any given time...

You're going to need a new thermostat, altho I wasn't able to see your model GE in my search... I did see the A3315 and A3317 models and they used the AP2061742 and AP3672521 temperature controls respectively so my guess is that one of these will fit your A3316 model... Put in a call to APPros and they can get the right one to you... cheers, kooler
