Hello,
The ice maker will not fill with water but the water dispenser works fine. The power was off for a few hours. After a little research, I think maybe the fill tube is frozen. Do you have any other ideas? I cannot find, however, how to get the tube out of this model. Also, I cannot figure out how to get the ice maker out. Does anybody have instructions on how I can do this? Any help or ideas are greatly appreciated. Thank you!
