SEARS ELITE SLIDE IN MODEL #790-46823-1 TRYING TO FIND ELECTRONIC OVEN CONTROL

had a power surge and my stove started smoking, burners work but not the oven control panel, do you think that is what is wrong??

Looking at the price of the board the unit may not e worth fixing.

Just to be sure it is the board I would unplug the unit and inspect the board.
Since you saw smoke there should be some visible damage on the board.

Also check the wires going from the board to the elements and the power in to the board.
