I read the posts to the 9/19 Dryer won't run, and mine is similar. I replaced the rollers that it needed. The belt seems fine, I cleaned the dryer out really well. It will run awhile, and seems to overheat & trips off. The drum will NOT push easily. 2 possible things i did wrong that I know of are: the belt inside out. The rougher side is against the drum, not the black side. 2; the roller underneath came off. There are 2 slots that the arm can be put into; I put it into the left one. Now it will not start; when I push the button, the button buzzes and if I keep trying, it trips off.

Sounds like you do not have the rollers installed correctly, or have the drum on them correctly
The drum should turn fairly easily by hand, and turn the motor and idler pulley at the same time. If this is not the case, take it apart and see if you can reset things.
If this does not fix it, it may be that your motor is failing and will have to be replaced.
