My microwave is producing an F5 error and sounding three long beeps, which is indicative of a shorted humidity sensor. I have found sensors for sale, but I they don't seem to be marked or labeled as the particular one I need. I'm just not sure if it's the right part.
I'd greatly appreciate any guidance that can be offered.
Thanks!

I did not find such error code listed for this model number nor any humidity sensors in the parts list. The only sensor in the parts list (#47 at the diagram) is actually the cavity thermostat which is normally closed (shorted). It it becomes open then the microwave would not get any power. Where did you find such information? Gene.
