Both refrigerator and freezer are cooling fine, ice forms in bottom of freezer and then melts at different intervals and leaks out onto the floor. I do believe the frost free portion of the freezer is working correctly because it is melting.

you'll have to pull the lowest back panel in the freezer off, run hot water into the drip pan until it drains. Then blow it out with compressed air if you can. If it won't drain you may have to remove the cover on the back of the unit and pull the drain line out to clean it.

I just blew out the line water level went right down, then I dumped a cup of hot water down it and it ran right through, hopefully I'm all good thanks again.
