Two days ago, my GE frig stopped dispensing water & ice through the in-door dispenser.

The green selector light displays for Water/Crushed/Cubed, but when pressing in the lever, the light goes out, and comes back on when the lever is released.

There is no noise coming from the dispenser.

I've also tried turning on the light located in the dispenser, but it won't light up. Could be a coincidence, but it was working fine before too.

I think the ice maker is still producing ice inside but can't say for sure.

The only other issue is that the frig has been making noises like an airplane taking off periodically (water line?) for quite some time now. Again, not sure if it is related or not.
