Fridge and freezer not cooling. Fans and compressor working, possible freon leak?

Yesterday I noticed that the freezer seemed warmer than normal, but it seemed cool so I didn't think anything of it. Today, the freezer is unthawed and the fridge section is warm. Its been running basically all day. The fans in the freezer and fridge section seem to be blowing normally. There is no ice or anything right now, and generally there was nothing blocking the air.
I took the back part off to check the compressor and fans there. The fan is running, the compressor is running and is warm to the touch, (not hot or overly hot). The one thing I did notice that the catch container underneath was partially filled with green liquid. I assume it's Freon.
Is there something else that could be wrong? Or, did it blow a seal and leak out? Is it fixable within a reasonable amount?
Oh, and its 2 months out of warranty. Go figure.

If the compressor is vibrating and warm, but the condensing coils room temperature, you have a bad compressor/ refrigerant leak.
