The refridgerator side has progressively come to a point that it is at room temperature. Noticed alot of freezing inside the refridgerator top left. We have also had water leakage from under the freezer side for about 6 months. I assume this has something to do with the freezer side ability to transfer cold air into the refridgerator side. Any suggestions for this particular model?

Provided you have eliminated any defrost issues that could be causing the warm fridge then you may have a damper control (AP2110308) that is defective or clogged with ice...
