The 4 hour delay light comes on when trying to do a wash cycle. Customer service informed me to press cycle/drain button, the light goes out and starts a cycle then the light comes back on and water is in bottom of dishwasher

Sounds like the problem is a stock key on the keypad. The correction is to replace the console. At this time only black console is still available. - The console Part number: 8275217
