When the washing machine goes to spin cycle and gets to high speed it makes a loud whinning noise as if the bearing is bad.

Most likely you are wright - the tub bearing is bad.

The bearing Part number: 3204405
Part number: 3204405


Replace the seal kit also Part number: 5303279394
