Our Kitchen Aid is flooding the kitchen in the middle of the cycle. It doesn't do it all the time but will pop up every couple of months. When I notice the flooding I open the door and the water is still pouring out of the water inlet assy on the side. The only way to get it to stop is to turn off the water valve that is feeding it under the sink. In the past when this has happened my wife let it sit for a while and then turned it back on and it's been fine....now months later it's happening again. If I let it sit the water won't drain....however if I close it and hit cancel then it will drain it all out.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hi. You have there a sticking water inlet valve. Replace it. When you take off the toe panel the valve is on the left side. The inlet valve Part number: 9744468
