Dryer will not start,does it have a fuse and where would I find it.

You will need a multi meter to do some checking.

First make sure you have 120v coming to each side of the connection block. Then unplug the machine and look inside the door frame. At the top should be some screws which hold the top to the cabinet. Take them out and take off the top. You can now take off the front which is held by two screws, unhook the door switch wires (make sure you label them so you can put them back correctly) and take off the front. You can now remove the drum, inspect the heating coil and you will see fuse and themostats which can be test for continuity with your meter.
