My Westinghouse Frost Free refrigarator does not cool the bottom half, The top freezer is working okay. The other problem I have is that the water is lying in the evaperator tray and overflowing onto the floor. Do you have a solution to these 2 problems. Cheers Tyjohns

I would say pull of the grill at the bottom of your fridge and make sure your condenser coils are cleaned and than pull the refrigerator out and take the back lower panel off and check to make sure your condenser fan is working. I would than check to make sure your thermostat is working.
