The replacement does not have the insulator woven sleeve on the wires from the ignitor to the clip - As does the original. May I assume this is added heat protection no longer needed?

Thanks Simon, thanks. Your reply was most assuring. I was able to install the replacement in less than 15 minutes, no need to pull the stove out - everything was accessible from the interior of the oven. There was enough wire to reach the old connector easily. The oven is working beautifully now. It reaches the 350 degrees quickly - takes about 5 seconds for each 5 degree increase. Happy with your service and appreciate the prompt responses.
