I have a GE profile fridge/freezer that only drops ice once in a while, mostly never but it will once in a while. The filter is new and the water comes out fine and the ice is fully formed when it does make it, any ideas? I live 50 miles out of town and don't really want to haul it in to the repair shop. thanks in advance for any help on the subject ;)

Hi Wayne,

What is exactly measured temperature in the freezer?

What is the complete model number of the refrigerator?

Gene.
