I am not sure which part to replace on my stove. The four eyes work when they are turned on. The clock works! I can push the button to bake on my stove and then set the temperature to preheat it. After i do this, i hear a click which is normal or seemed to be normal, but the element won't heat up. When I press the broil button, the same thing happens. Initially i thought it was the element, until i realized that neither element will heat up. I have been told a few parts, but then was referred to the forum so that i could see what a technician would tell me. Thanks for your time!

Hi.

Open the control panel and check(you will need the multimeter) the control board output as followed:

Between L1 and L2IN should be 240VAC. If not - check the outlet for 240VAC.
Next turn the bake on and check for 240VAC between Bake and L2 OUT. no voltage - replace the control board.

The clock/control Part number: 316207511
Part number: 316207511
