Notice freezer temp at 38 with Ice build-up on back panel. Refrigerator running all the time temp at 57
and no cold air coming from freezer section fan still working. Thermostat was replaced in frig,the defrost timer next to it? Only got continuity at tab 4-3 of timer when warm? Could use little more help Please.

Hi.

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and check if the evaporator coils are blocked with snow.
If they are - go to the defrost timer and slowly turn the timer's shaft CW until compressor and fans stops.
Wait for 5 min. and check if the defrost heaters are on.
If the heaters are on - replace the defrost timer.
If not - replace the heater kit.
